Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping and Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- Organize and maintain inventory, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Utilize shipping software and equipment for labeling, tracking, and recording shipments
- Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely delivery of outgoing orders
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipping and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
- Assist with logistics to transport products to customers and internal facilities (paid mileage)
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to varied work requirements
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to physically move around the warehouse as necessary with or without reasonable accommodation(s)
- Ability to identify, understand, and prioritize business requests
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

- Must regularly lift/carry/maneuver and/or move at a minimum a 50-pound item (by hand, with hand truck, fork truck or pallet jack)
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Will be required to walk, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach above shoulder level with hands and arms; stoop and kneel
- Stand and walk for duration of work hours
A clean and valid drivers license required
