Shipping Clerk Assistant

Location: Shelby Township, Michigan

Pay: $17.50/hour

Shift: 6a-4p dayshift

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate items.

• Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials.

• Ensure proper handling and packaging of products to prevent damage during shipping.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Skills:

• Experience in order picking and packing in a warehouse environment.

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems.

• Knowledge of materials handling techniques and equipment operation.

• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.

• Familiarity with distribution center operations, including shipping and receiving processes.
