Spherion is assisting our manufacturing client in their search for a Shipping Clerk. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for receiving and shipping goods using ShopworX, reporting using Excel spreadsheets, and navigating web-based portals to schedule customer shipments. Highlights:
- Direct Hire
- Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Schedule: 1st shift, 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Located in Fort Atkinson, WI
Responsibilities:
- Receive raw materials
- Prioritize and fill production orders
- Perform inventory and cycle counting
- Identify nonconforming materials for review
- Prepare bills of lading
- Schedule customer shipments
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 2 years of shipping clerk experience
- Inventory control experience
- Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and web browser software experience preferred
