You will be responsible for performing tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, and timely shipments out of our plant. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. You must have a proven record of success in a fast-paced, repetitive and detail orientated environment. What You'll Be Doing:
- Checks and prepares order materials for shipping.
- Receive goods and materials; report supplier discrepancies.
- Maintain shipping and receiving records and order forms.
- Create shipping labels and documentation for outbound products including international shipments.
- Setup and confirm outbounds in customer portals.
- Communicate daily LTL priorities to the rest of the shipping team.
- Data entry into inventory and warehouse management systems
- Perform daily cycle count activities, inventory audits, and prepare inventory reports.
- Verifies clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
- FIFO based Inventory stock maintenance (packaging supplies, finished goods, raw materials)
- Housekeeping duties in warehouse
- Overtime required at times
