We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments. This role involves preparing orders, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Shipping Documentation: Generate and verify shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring the proper handling of products.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that products are in excellent condition before shipment. Report any damaged or defective items.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and procedures. Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Customer Service: Address any shipping-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Provide support to the customer service team as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a shipping, warehousing, or logistics role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
