- Schedule: 6:00am-6:00pm
- Two-week Rotating Schedule w/ Every Other Weekend Off: Week 1 is 3 days working, Week 2 is 4 days working (see below)
- Week 1: Mon/Thurs/Fri 6:00am-6:00pm (Off Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun)
- Week 2: Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun 6:00am-6:00pm (Off Mon/Thurs/Fri)
- Start date/Training Schedule: TBD start date. 2 weeks of training
- Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/hour
Shipping Clerk Job Description:
- Reviewing all BOL's *Bill of Ladings*, delivery notes and other shipping documents.
- Reviews all delivery truck temperatures for required temperatures.
- Directs movement of truck drivers to correct delivery platforms.
- Reviewing all delivery seals and verifying all are correct and untampered with.
- Sending email communication with delivery supervisors upon truck arrivals.
- Entering all data from delivery documents into computer system.
- Inspecting all delivery trucks when entering and exiting facility.
Shipping Clerk Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
- Previous experience working in a Receiving environment as a Clerk preferred.
- General knowledge of Receiving procedures, a plus.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, a plus.
