Responsibilities
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate location of stock in storage area by paperwork and computer.
- Purchase order receiving: work with the Receiving Lead and the Accounting Department to ensure the accuracy of information entered into Amtech, and that entries are completed in a timely manner.
- Audit for approved signatures on delivery receipts.
- Oversee the receiving of all inbound finish goods receiving in Amtech by tagging and storing units to the warehouse.
- Work with the Accounting Department to maintain an accurate warehouse inventory through the process of Cycle Counting weekly.
- Set up LTL shipments and keep accurate records of quotes and freight costs. Ensure the accuracy of the information supplied to carriers to minimize additional costs being incurred, or issues with deliveries and invoices.
- Oversee the transfer process of product between GBP warehouses.
- Work with corrugated paper recycling companies regarding the logistics of picking up scrap paper bales and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
- Adhere to Green Bay Packaging - Wisconsin Packaging Division's quality policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous Shipping/Receiving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Amtech program a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
