- Identify and process internal shipments going into inventory.
- Handle internal day of shipping requests
- Creating packing list, BOL's and other necessary paperwork.
- Logisticsscheduling pickups using Couriers-3PL and LTL carriers direct.
- Complete and file all paperwork for jobs completed.
- Process and ship production orders
- Receive and put away inventory
- Determine shipping priorities and work to meet schedules and deadlines
- Banding and wrapping of products to be shipped.
- Capable of loading and unloading trucks
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEnough About Us! Candidate Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •Minimum 2 years of shipping experience •Shipping software experience (i.e. FedEx, UPS) •Experience in the print industry preferred •Forklift and/or pallet jack experience a plus •Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Legal stuff Prisma is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
