We are currently seeking a highly skilled and highly motivated individual to join our shipping team.Compensation: 38k to 59kKey Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Process customer orders and facilitate through our third-party logistics company
- Act as team lead to mentor junior Shipping Coordinators; resolve issues
- Timely and accurate shipment of customer orders
- Maintain compliance with routing and all rules of shipping to retailers including:
- Department stores
- Discounters
- Independents/Specialty
- Boutiques
- Drop ship/Direct Consumer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of EDI a plus
- Knowledge of complex ERP system a plus
- Experience managing client accounts
- Understanding of compliance of routing and shipping rules is a plus
- Computer skills with proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
