Our client in Sauk Centre is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have customer service skills, clerical skills and a manufacturing background which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Sauk Centre

Pay Range: $19-$21/hour

What's the Job?

• enter shipments into the computer system,
• scan/upload POD's, packing lists, and BOL's into the system,
• order customer containers through designated portals,
• outsource shipping and receiving,
• prepare paperwork for inter-plant material transfers.

What's Needed/Required Skills

• Prior shipping experience in a manufacturing role.
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Must be able to schedule trucks, recv inventory, schedule plant to plant transfers.
• Must be familiar with BOL's, POD's, and have the ability to order customer containers through designated ports.
