Our client in the logistics industry is seeking a Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Shipping department supporting Finished Goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Shipping Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Peachtree Corners, GAPay Range: $22.00Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pmWhat's the Job?
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availability and requirements
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs

  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
