It is the overall responsibility of the Shipping Manager to manage staffing and operations for shipping and procurement needs supporting Sago product testing. This role is internally known as Manager, Product Logistics.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage warehouse operations and staff
* Labor management
* Ensures quality processes and procedures are followed
* Working with Excel
* Packing, mailing, labeling test products to be shipped
* Inventorying test product
* Maintain necessary tracking reports
* Communicating with respondents
* Working within a team
* Suggest improvements to increase efficiencies and quality
* Purchasing/ordering supplies and test product
* Manage support vendors
* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
* 1-2 years warehouse and staff management, customer service, and administration experience preferred
Computer Skills:
* Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
* Comfortable in learning new technology and platforms
