Leading edge innovation -- it's true: grout and adhesives aren't the sexiest products around; in fact, if we do our job right, people don't even think about what's behind their tile for years and years. Still, no one does it better than Custom, and we are committed to developing innovative technological solutions.

Great environment -- by taking a bottom-up approach and involving employees in the decision-making process, we have created high morale along with high productivity. We have a large number of Custom employees who have been with us for 10, 15, and even 20+ years.

your ability to execute on those ideas. In some cases, you'll be changing long-standing processes and that will require tenacity, but a heavy-handed approach won't work. You'll need to be a true team player, assertive, but not aggressive, to influence and motivate your team to buy in on and embrace ideas.

The ideal candidate for this role is a multi-tasker -- someone who handles change with poise. To engage in the continuous improvement efforts as described above, you'll also need to be extremely organized, and process oriented in your thinking.
