This is a key role within the plant. We are a 100-year-old, family-owned pioneer in the plastics industry seeking a talented individual to manage a Warehouse Facility in Dixon, IL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience in a warehouse. Strong computer skills are a must. - Assist in operations of warehouse, including shipping, receiving, stocking, transfers, cycle counts, housekeeping and all other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist in managing and training a staff of employees.
- Lead and develop warehouse team to set up and enable outbound operations to provide unparalleled customer service.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory integrity and daily operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to navigate computer systems, portals, and other electronic forms of communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
