SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must understand how to read truck loading forecast summary.
- Must be able to set up a truck run by truck load forecast summary.
- Must be able to identify and sort by customer stop code.
- Must be able to operate a handheld scanner.
- Understand how to stack pallets appropriately to avoid customer service issues.
- Must understand how to load and secure.
- Capable of obtaining power equipment certifications; electric power jack, walker/rider, and forklift.
- Must be able to meet quality standards.
- Ability to take direction from Supervisor.
- Communicate any truck run changes with transportation.
- Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must
- Adheres to DC housekeeping guidelines
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned. *

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma preferred
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.
- Excellent attendance record
- Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed
- Good comprehension and organizational skills
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management
- Ability to maintain records accurately and demonstrate problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines
- Must be a team player with a can-do attitude
- Power Equipment certification a plus
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
