Location: Mt. Juliet, TN 37122 Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, occasional overtime Attendance Bonus: $150 after 45 days Job Responsibilities: Compare shipping labels and documents with system-generated commercial invoices and shipping instructions for accuracy. Input shipment information into an online database for tracking and auditing. Collaborate with team leads to address any discrepancies found during shipment validation. Verify package counts for orders transferred to the shipping department. Assist with weighing and labeling packages and other tasks as assigned by leads or supervisors. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Extremely detail-oriented. Basic knowledge of logistics. Strong team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent multi-tasking abilities. Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with international shipping processes. Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping software. Physical Requirements: Regularly sit at a desk and use standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Occasionally required to stand, walk, lift, carry, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must have close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to talk, hear, and use hands for handling objects, tools, or controls.
