Enprotech is in search of positive attitudes that can provide urgency and innovative solutions to our customers. Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check and route incoming materials, supplies or equipment to inventory and/or appropriate departments.
  • Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments; load and unload trucks.
  • Pull and review job and sales order picklists, pick parts, and fulfill customer orders, internal work orders, and determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and completes shipping transactions in ERP system.
  • Retrieves materials and items from proper locations by hand, hand truck, forklift truck, or wire-guided forklift truck.
  • Preserve and package shipments accordingly to best practice requirements; including the ability to build wood pallets and crates using the necessary tools. i.e., air nailer, table saw, compound miter saw, steel banding equipment, etc.
  • Maintain inventory and participate in weekly cycle counts.
  • Mark material with identifying information using stencil or other marking device.
  • Open crates and other containers using proper hand tools.
  • Check to ensure that all orders of parts, tools and equipment being packed are damage free; if any damaged tools or equipment are identified then it is reported to the warehouse supervisor.
  • Check in and out, and assist with maintaining field service tools and equipment.
  • Required to be on-site at our Lansing facility (16800 Industrial Pkwy, Lansing, MI 48906)
  • 1ST shift (7am-3:30pm)
  • $20-$25
QualificationsEducation and Training, or Experience equivalent:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years warehouse experience preferred
  • Steel toes and safety glasses environment
  • Mechanical aptitude, inventory, and parts experience a plus
  • Forklift and crane experience
  • Experience with basic hand tools, saws, measuring tape, banding tools and equipment
  • Able to lift 75lbs
  • Looking for a self-starter who likes to prioritize tasks and pays attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt and accept change of direction from Supervisor based on ever-changing priorities
