Our vision is to become the industry leader in providing expert consulting engineering, testing, and inspection services.Summary : We are seeking a dynamicShipping/Receiving Adminstratorto support ourMarietta, GA Calibration office. This role will oversee the receipt and processing of incoming customer equipment to be calibrated, including verifying and documenting shipments, organizing equipment and ensuring equipment is staged in a secure and accessible manner. Additionally, this position will prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring equipment and documents are shipped and delivered on time.Duties and Responsibilities :Receive incoming customer equipment deliveries from FedEx and UPS , scan and open packages to retrieve enclosed paperwork to properly log equipment into ATS' computer systemPerform logistics management operations by identifying customer equipment, collecting paperwork, and sorting equipment along with paperwork onto carts for additional processing by the Calibration Receiving teamSet up new customers account in the databaseEnsure all client paperwork folders are accurate and up to date with all required documentation and forms needed by the calibration labWork in Calibration Receiving researching equipment and customer information to accurately enter work order into the systemMaintain reports, files, archive folders, recordsPrepare, package and ship customer calibrated equipment back to the customer within a time mannerMust be a quick learner to become familiar with ATS internal systems and processesKnowledge of basic office machinery required – printer, fax, etc.QualificationsQualificationsSome experience in a customer service industry a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite productsAbility to type a minimum of 45 words per minutePrevious Data Entry experience a plusExperience supporting all levels of managementExperience interacting with clientsMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have attention to detail and desire for accuracy in a fast-paced environmentAble to handle multiple tasks at one given time and seamlessly jump from task to taskEducation:High school diploma or equivalent3 to 5 years' experience in a shipping and receivingWork Conditions:Most of the time spent for this position will be in a warehouse that is hot in the summer and cold in the winterThe remainder of the time will be spent in a climate-controlled office/calibration storeroom environmentAbility to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and maneuver up/down steps several times a day.Benefits:ATS offers excellent wages and advancement opportunities.
