Core Responsibilities:
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing parts shipments
- Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with the shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Verify, tag, store and process warranty parts
- Count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments and verify information against invoices, orders and other records
- Determine shipping methods and prepare items for shipment
- Help manage parts inventory by maintaining appropriate documentation and assisting with inventory cycle counts
- Keep all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Ensure the parts counter and retail displays are stocked, clean and orderly
- Help coordinate parts deliveries
- Assist at the parts counters, as needed
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving is a plus, but we will provide training to help you succeed!
- Willingness to learn to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- General computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to read and comprehend documents such as instructions and parts catalogs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must live within a commutable distance of Payson, AZ
Hours and Work Environment
This is a full time, onsite position working in the Parts Department including in the warehouse and occasionally assisting at the parts counter. Hours are Tuesday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm and Saturdays 8am – 12pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.
