The ideal candidate will t ake finished product and package it in accordance with customer and company agreed upon packaging while maintaining cleanliness standards and clearly labeling/identifying products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Able to actively work on packaging product and check the validity of seals to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

* High attention to detail regarding orders to distinguish missing or conflicting data on orders.

* Be able to clearly communicate to others regarding order updates in both written and spoken forms.

* Ability to prioritize jobs via varying methods customer promise dates, internal go dates, product value, etc.

* Able to stay focused in an environment that may require repetitive tasks with subtle differences.

* Able to lift using ergonomically efficient means.

* Contribute to problem solving activities.

* Maintain balance of the use of adequate packaging to ensure product integrity while eliminating material waste.

* Intentionally communicate potential areas of improvement, ergonomic needs, and/or equipment needs with supervisor.

* Maintain a positive attitude and work in a proactive way when work is slower that allows for efficient use of time during busier times.

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the organization.

* Proven ability to work with a high level of detail while alone or in a small team

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to take ownership of work performed.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of Oracle OS.

* Able to work proficiently under pressure.

* Available for overtime as requested.
