We offer both short-term (bonus) incentive plans and long-term (stock option) incentive plans, tuition assistance for continuing education, gym memberships, a generous 401k plan with Day 1 vesting and much more.With NTi, you aren't a number, you're a valuable team member!In a typical day, your expertise:Physically receives and accurately verifies material on the receiving loading dockProcesses receipts of goods and services against open purchase ordersSupports warehouse layout reorganization and set up as necessaryDrives a fork truck and utilizes a pallet jack as neededMaintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspectionsMaintains accurate inventory reporting data based upon receipts and disbursementsPrepares finished goods for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing productCoordinates the scheduling of shipments with various logistics carriersAccurately documents product receipts and shipments in appropriate filesEnsures proper and safe removal of all waste/recycle materialsMaintains clean and safe work area, following 5S standardsProactively leads continuous improvement efforts to improve profitability, competitiveness, reliability, quality, safety, etc.in areas of responsibilityAdheres to and promotes applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security GuidelinesOther duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of business(This position will have access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
