Location: East Brunswick,NJ, USA
Purpose and Scope : Inspect, inventory, and document incoming and outgoing shipments of property.
Position Knowledge, Education, Skills, and Abilities Required: High school diploma or equivalent training and experience; 1 year of related experience, and computer and typing skills. Position requires the individual be a U.S. citizen or have permanent lawful resident status, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks.
Authority: Process seizures, input data into MOD DMS, inventory, and assist with live sales.
Responsibilities: Inspect transporter's shipping documents (bills of lading, Customs Forms) and compares with inbound file to ensure correct delivery and identifies overages or shortage on shipping documents prior to acceptance and includes but not limited to:
· Report discrepancies or evidence of hazardous material to the supervisor before the transporter is released
· Accurately account for property delivered to facility
· Complete shipment reports for any loss or damage not properly recorded and acknowledged by the transporter
· Perform data entry for selected information into MOD DMS
· Release property on receipt of completed bills of sale, or disposition orders
· Submit release documents to Warehouse Manager for review and forwarding to clerk for closeout
· Support sales activities
· Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
This positiong will be based out of our Dayton, NJ location.
Salary : $20.34/HR
This position's working hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.
