Job DetailsLevel Experienced Job Location Plover WI - Plover, WI Position Type Full Time Travel Percentage None Job Shift 1st Shift 1st Shift SH & Rec Coordinator #NU-18Job Purpose Employee performs administrative tasks in ERP (D365) and accurately enters transactions associated with the movement of raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from Monogram facilities or outside sources. Employee performs coordination for the transfer and receipt of ingredients, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items to and from Monogram facilities or outside sources. Employee participates in the receiving and shipping process which may include moving product and proper storage/put-away. Employee records transactions accurately and timely. This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor. Specific Duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks and data entry in ERP (D5365)
  • Maintains inventory records, records receipt and issuance of stock and maintains records via computer input.
  • Tracks & receives inventory into a computer-based inventory system, issues inventory to work orders & performs inventory control duties and cycle counts
  • Create material transfers and requests for product movement between Monogram facilities, 3PL warehouses and to customers.
  • Perform product receipts
  • Process paperwork and complete transactions associated with transfers, shipments, and receipts
  • Accurately transact all movement of materials, packaging, supplies and finished goods using D365 or RF scanning equipment
  • Report shortages of needed raw materials, packaging and finished goods to the appropriate Supervisor(s)
  • Communicate effectively and share information interdepartmentally
  • Assist in the training of new employees
  • Other duties as assigned by first-line leadership
  • Performs fiscal year-end physical as well as monthly inventory & cycle counts

  • Work with enthusiasm and sense of urgency daily; demonstrate a teamwork approach to all duties
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area
  • Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices
Qualifications**MUST BE 18YRS OF AGE TO WORK FOR MONOGRAM FOODS**Education, prior work experience and specialized skill and knowledge: High School diploma or equivalent Ability communicates effectively with internal and external customers. Must understand verbal and written instructions. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; round decimals to the nearest whole number; measure and input numbers to calculate correct formulas. Must be able to work independently. Must be computer literate and Proficient with a variety of computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and specialized software designed, Email, and Microsoft D365. Must be able to effectively perform multiple, concurrent tasks with constant interruptions. Physical Environment/working conditions: The Employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk; use hands, fingers and arms to handle, feel and reach. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and extreme cold; wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
