- Direct supervision of all Product Technicians in the shipping and receiving area
- Track outbound shipments
- Monitor delivery performance of suppliers
- Work with freight companies
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
- Monitor service part shipments
- Track premium freight
- Enter material into QAD system
- Monitor scrap & trash dumpsters
- Other duties as assigned
SAFETY & QUALITY
- Work in a safe manner and encourage others to do so
- Report all unsafe acts and conditions immediately
- Use our innovation process and the team concept to improve safety in the plant
- Be proactively involved with improving working conditions
- Offer ideas for improvement of all systems and help implement them
- Lead area in achieving plant quality objectives/goals

- 0 PPM on parts
- 100% receiving accuracy into the QAD System
- Understand customer needs and work towards meeting and exceeding them
What you will bring: Experience
- Knowledge of handling and storage of hazardous-to-health chemicals
- Knowledge of the liabilities of freight systems is a must
- Participation in a significant role on the MOS, either deploying a practice, training in a tool or methodology, leading problem solving or other applied leadership experience
Education
- High school/GED minimum
- Some college preferred
- Must possess strong math and reading skills

- Proficient computer skills/Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Forklift license is required
