The Shipping & Receiving associate will be responsible for the handling and transacting of materials and put-up in appropriate storage locations by use of hand-held scanners and manual data entry. Daily release of discrete jobs, maintain material flow from Gateway to be issued, update excel spreadsheets, inventory checks and adjustments, and conduct Oracle inventory transactions. Responsibilities
- Safe handling and transport of high value, oversized manufactured products using mobile equipment Fiber put-up to appropriate inventory locations by use of hand-held scanners and manual data entry.
- Support of raw material cycle counts.
- Support of raw material supply/demand planning.
- Support of incoming/outgoing WOP and WIP goods.
- Interaction with multiple organization levels as needed to support warehouse and manufacturing needs.
- Cross functional responsibilities to include Gateway, stock, puller, receiving/inventory control and/or shipping to support the Warehouse/Logistics needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse - cross functional/ multi-department experience desired for maximum flexibility within the materials department.
- Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in warehouse environment (Propane and battery/electric sitdown models).
- Cycle count experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Adherence to safety rules and regulations per company policy.
- Should be skilled in MS Office including Excel. Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
- Must be able to demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact with multiple organizational levels including management.
- Attention to detail and with error free results is critical.
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Leadership experience or qualities in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
