Location: Greenville,TX, USA
General Responsibilities:
Attends forklift training school once a year and must pass written test and obstacle course test.
Performs daily forklift inspection using the forklift maintenance checklist before start of shift or using forklift.
When auto stretch wrapper is backed up, ensures additional pallets are stretched wrapped.
Stretch wraps any WIP pallets created by the Web department.
Learns and maintains inventories through Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Enters finished goods pallets into WMS and stores finished goods pallets accordingly.
Loads and secures finished goods into designated trucks.
Assists with month end finished goods inventory when necessary.
Fills in for the Finished Goods and Hugger forklift drivers as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous forklift experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
Ability to read and write instructions, correspondence, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
Basic mathematical skills
Experience with or ability to learn to use RFID scanners
Able to use computers for finding information, entering information, writing, and sending email
Maintain good attendance
Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods
Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
