Reports to Warehouse Manager.Job dimensionsPerforms various tasks in support of the receiving and shipping of materials (raw materials, packaging and finished goods).Interacts heavily with manufacturing process within the Logistics/ Receiving Warehouse(s).This role is for Sunday thru Thursday 5:30 pm thru 1:00am.ActivitiesUtilizes the SAP system/ manual documentation for multiple tasks within the Department; Form tracking for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, production support for packaging supplies. Pulling orders for shipment, banding orders for shipmentAssists in maintaining an accurate inventory through activities including, but not limited to: double checking quantities, sku numbers and batch numbers when pulling materials (raws/packaging/finished goods) when fulfilling orders. Reporting loss of product (raw materials, finished goods, packaging) due to spills/damage and immediately recording/reporting all discrepancies in inventory and any damaged product immediately.Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation and environmental regulations.Reports any spills or incidents that adversely impact safety or the environment.Can operates a standard or stand-up stand up forklift in a safe manner following all departmental and plant safety rules.Responsible for maintaining all 5S Standards set in the Warehouse Department.Accurately completes all required paperwork.Assists in physical inventories, including all cycle counts and inventory controls that are assigned.Assures compliance with all company policies.Complies with Corporate EHS safety and regulatory requirements.Utilizes the SAP system to perform job duties.Context and environmentWork in a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, accuracy and attention to details are essential.
