As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials within our supply chain. You will be accountable for coordinating the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our supply chain by ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials. You will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipments, track inventory levels, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting customer demands and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday

* Coordinate the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.

* Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.

* Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to shipping and receiving.

* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize efficiency.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

* 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

WE VALUE

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Experience with inventory management systems.

* Forklift certification.

* Knowledge of shipping regulations and requirements.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
