Shipping & Receiving Supervisor directs & coordinates through departmental leaders, activities relative to the warehouse and/or shipping operations. This position is responsible for continuous and efficient output in desired quality and quantity. Ensures objectives are met relative to safety, quality, and delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Manage and supervise the shipping team, providing guidance and support. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for shipping needs. Prepare and manage shipping / receiving documentation, including bills of lading and invoices. Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies. Implement and maintain shipping / receiving best practices and procedures. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping and deliveries.
