Whether we are shipping items that didn't make it to the sales floor to our wholesale team or separating out recyclable materials, we combine our passion for customers and community service in all that we do.Primary Job DutiesCounts, weighs, and measures incoming and outgoing shipmentsMoves materials to point of need on timeDocuments movement and weights in required tracking systemIdentifies shortages and increases, while documenting discrepancies and communicating issues to managementOperates material handling equipment safely, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE)Assist customers/donors with store donation center when needed.Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or management.Skills & QualificationsHigh School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageMathematical skills requiredMust be able to carry up to 50 lbs, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs, and lifting up to 50 lbsAble to work in a team-oriented environmentAble to understand and execute company policies and proceduresExcellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritizeCapable of building and sustaining relationships with peers and managementAble to accurately keep records and communicate progress to managementDemonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities at one timeMust pass a background checkOn the job training providedWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
