Shipping & Receiving / Workplace Experience Coordinator - Lehi UTJob ID190242Posted22-Oct-2024Service lineGWS SegmentRole typeFull-timeAreas of InterestAdministrative, Customer ServiceLocation(s)Lehi - Utah - United States of America, Salt Lake City - Utah - United States of AmericaAbout the Role:As a CBRE Shipping & Receiving / Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.This job is part of the Workplace Experience function.What You'll Do:Spend the majority of the day processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner.Order and restock supplies for mailrooms, shipping office, and breakrooms.Will be cross trained to provide coverage for our Service Center (combination of help desk and small retail store).Monitor incoming phone calls and emails.Relay important details and information back to team and management to ensure tasks and projects are completed successfully and on time.Manage maintenance work orders as needed.What You'll Need:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager software a plus.Experience with shipping/warehouse procedures a plus.High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to exchange straightforward information with employees and vendors.Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Ability to occasionally lift 30-50 pounds with assistance.All other duties as assigned.Equal Employment Opportunity: CBRE is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
