Maintain processes to meet organizational short-term and long-term shipping demands. Demonstrates and promotes LHB's values. Qualifications EQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:
- Solid analytical, math and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to deal with a variety of changing situations.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 3 - 5 years shipping, receiving, inventory and warehouse experience.
- Experience with expediting, MRP/ERP systems, quality/continuous improvement initiatives, manufacturing safety practices and MS Office applications.
- Hazmat shipping and receiving experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises, warehouse associates, forklift drivers shipping clerks, and other shipping and receiving personnel. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Forklift experience/or ability to become licensed
- Hazmat shipping certification
