Job Description Shop Assembly Technician Needed! AUSTIN, TX Previous field experience working on related pump equipment is highly desired. We are a fast-paced, industrial equipment supplier in a warehouse environment. We sell aftermarket pumps/parts and maintain a large inventory for shipping domestically and globally. Responsibilities:
  • Service pumps and related equipment.
  • Align equipment using laser alignment and dial indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Perform required inspections as directed by work instructions and quality checklists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow the sales & service business.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools, such as dial calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with sales, management, and customers.
  • Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
