As a Shop Foreman (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Foreman), you'll oversee the daily operations of a dynamic metal fabrication shop. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives, manage welding setups, utilize CAD/CAM software for design and planning, and foster a culture of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for metal fabrication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
