Position: Swank Construction Company, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as Shop Hand/Parts Chaser for our Shop Location. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Successful candidates will be able to perform the following essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Maneuvering various equipment around the yard and into the wash bay.
- Detailing, degreasing and pressure washing heavy equipment to prepare for winter maintenance.
- Perform general maintenance/cleanup of the shop floor and surrounding area, machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Assist technicians with different job tasks.
- Assist the parts department with all of its daily processes and procedures.
- Maintain company tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure proper use.
- Dependable, Reliable, Punctual, & Self Motivated.
- Perform all other tasks and follow instructions as directed by supervisors.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Preferred.
- Valid driver's license - Required.

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background checks, including MVR.
