Adecco is assisting Lesher Natural Stone, Quartz, and Tile hire a Shop Manager for their Middletown, PA location. This is a direct hire position. Adecco is simply assisting with identifying qualified candidates and setting up interviews. This position pays $25 per hour. Drafting and CAD skills are required.

Lesher Natural Stone, Quartz, & Tile is a family owned stone fabrication and installation business based out of Middletown, PA that is dedicated to providing quality stone work to the greater Central PA area.

Currently searching for a fabrication **Shop Manager** to plan and oversee production activities for the most efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and time. Ensure good work-flow and meet project deadlines. Be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding all project related fields including cost, quality, and schedule. **Drafting and** **CAD skills are a must!!**

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures

- Supervise and oversee jobs going through production

- Draw and layout jobs using CAD and other related software

- Manage fabrication floor employees

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment

- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a fabrication or construction role

- Strong knowledge of fabrication process

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team

- Proficient in time management and multitasking to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic computer skills are a must! CAD experience preferred.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
