Job Description
The Technician - ERC Shop Service 2 is responsible for work on beginning stages of cold drink equipment repair on the Equipment Refurbishment Center (ERC) service line.
What your day will look like:
* Triage
* Wash equipment
* Painting equipment
* Operating metal bending equipment and installing onto equipment
* Pre-prep of equipment (ordering parts, deliver parts, install graphics)
* Performing mechanical service on cold drink equipment
* Operate Handheld and Laptop
* Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
* Minimum age 18 years old
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
* Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
* Ability to read, write and speak English
* Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
* Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
* Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 0 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Basic knowledge of hand tools
* Repeated sitting, standing, walking, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50
* lbs.
* Continuous bending, kneeling, squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation and exposure to chemicals and noise
