- Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with computers, Microsoft Office products, networks and technology
- Proven ability working with electro-mechanical devices
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds; lifting and transporting equipment parts and boxes
- The behavioral traits, attitudes and skills required to be successful in this position include assertiveness, sociability, will do, can do, time management, adaptability, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, dependability and follow through
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation, available Mon-Fri business hours
Major Job Objective:
- Unboxing, assembly, set-up and programming of business equipment
- Refurbishing of used equipment for resale
- Repairing equipment brought into shop; troubleshoot, clean, program and test
- Provide accurate data entry in industry-leading ERP systems and applications
- Meeting daily schedule and established company efficiency & productivity expectations
