  • To assist in ensuring items are listed for sale on E-Commerce by E-Commerce Listers.
  • To assist in ensuring items are shipped out correctly and in a timely manner by the E-Commerce by E-Commerce Listers.
FUNCTION:
  • Supervises E-Commerce Listers to ensure items are listed using program developed by shopgoodwill.com to be sold online.
  • Performs other duties as directed by the Systems Operations Manager and ShopGoodwill Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensure items to be listed on E-Commerce are in good quality condition.
  • Ensure items are listed on E-Commerce using computer software developed by shopgoodwill.com.
  • Sort through items in boxes to find acceptable items to list on E-Commerce.
  • Sort through items from sorters to ensure required information regarding article is available so item can be listed.
  • Processes pull for mailing items to customers.
  • Write down questions from customers and has information gathered on an item to respond to customers' requests.
  • Get packages ready to mail to customers who paid for items daily.
  • Use postal shipping program to process packages for mailing.
  • General housekeeping
  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Systems Operations Manager.
  • Communicate with retail mangers about items being sold for the stores.
  • Review E-Commerce listings and shipping procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continually implement improvements in conjunction with the Systems Operations Manager.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push or pull.
  • Must be able to occasionally sit, kneel, squat, and climb.
  • Must be able to regularly stoop, bend, reach, turn, and twist body, lift up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) hours of continuing education required yearly.
  • Education should be related to the essential functions of maintaining skills and acquiring updated knowledge of changing techniques.
RELATIONS:Establishes and maintains relations with the following:
  • Other workers in E-Commerce building to ensure a pleasant work environment.
  • Other workers in the organization

  • Degree to which quotas are reached.
  • Degree to which standards are reached.
  • Degree to which respect and confidence of co-workers is established.
  • Quality, quantity, and timeliness in the performance of assigned tasks.
  • The manner in which ones conduct reflects the high standards of morals and integrity expected of all Goodwill associates.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond to special requests and the desires of management.

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
