We would love for you to join our team!The Position: The Shuttle Driver is primarily responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for our residents to and from designated locations on campus and around the community. A successful Shuttle Driver will provide excellent customer service to our residents and understand that this position is critical to the reputation of the property.The compensation range for this position is $15/hr. Responsibilities & Duties
- Model and cascade Tailwind Group's five core values: Entrepreneurial, Versatile, Responsive, Innovative, and Integrity.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
- Operate shuttle on the schedule route in a safe, responsible, and timely manner.
- Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Complete daily interior and exterior cleaning of the shuttle.
- Maintain all maintenance records as required.
- Provide a prompt report on all maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Complete all accident or incident reports and submit immediately as required.
Requirements
- One or more years of professional driving experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet federal and state driving standards.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Be a self-motivated individual and excel at working in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to follow traffic laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and transportation operations is preferred.
