OverviewSIGINT Analyst Subject Matter ExpertLocation: Fort Liberty, NCClearance: Active TS/SCI Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command andIntelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. Responsibilities Identify and or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment. Coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives. Have a high level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies and must demonstrate a working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools. QualificationsRequired: Eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years. Working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA. Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. Three (3) or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products). Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher. Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development. Strong briefing, reporting, and writing skills. A high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies. Strong background and firsthand experience are required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management. Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable. Current NSAnet access.
