Wesper is looking for a talented and enterprising System Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signal processing, systems engineering, and full-stack device prototyping. Reporting to the VP of R&D, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and commercialize first-of-their-kind wearable medical device technologies and signal processing pipelines for new clinical capabilities and insights.
*This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days / week in our facility in Long Island City. Additional in office collaboration will be required during certain project phases

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $100, 000-$120,000 based on a wide range of compensation factors. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Total compensation will also include an equity component.
