Signature Reduction Lead

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Primary Responsibilities
* Coordinate with supported DoD and Non-DoD Agencies to formulate and implement effective strategies and mechanisms to reduce the risk of compromise to sensitive research and operations
* Conduct due diligence activities and formalize due diligence investigative findings
* Provide expert assistance in the production of products and actions related to signature reduction staffing, coordination, and acquisition
* Refine Signature Reduction TTP's
* Draft, coordinate and publish Signature Reduction Standard Operating Procedures
* Aid in determining operational validity and review of subordinate element Signature Reduction Plans
* Provide continuous support to maintain specially developed analysis tools, to conduct technical continuity and to assist transfer of capabilities, technologies, techniques, and best practices to the SOC
* Assess and develop recommendations for current and future SA requirements by conducting SA mission and requirements analysis
* Provide advice and assistance with SA current and future planning, coordination, execution, and support development
* Assist with operational unit coordination, planning and concept development
* Assist in the production of products and execution of actions related to SA staffing, coordination, and briefings
* Assist with acquisition, accountability, and employment oversight of enterprise signature reduction mechanisms
* Assist with full cycle SR requirements
* Aid in all matters related to signature reduction assessments, analysis, briefings, reporting, plans, resources, regulations, and policy, TTPs, and Standard Operating Procedures
* Advise and assist with signature reduction plan and support development
* Support the maintenance, issuance and recovery, inventories, and turn-in of the SR Program items and assist subordinate organizations
* Travel to CONUS locations in support of mobile training teams (MTTs) as required
Qualifications
* Advanced Technician Course
* Advanced Planners Course
* Due Diligence Course graduate
* Experience managing, planning and resourcing training in support of SR activities
* Capable of applying and operating in a SR capacity in support of sensitive activities
* Minimum 5 years of practical experience providing direct SR support
Security Requirements
* Must hold and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI
