Amentum is seeking a **SWFTS Integrated Installation Management Organization (SIIMO) Project Manager** to join our Portsmouth, Virginia team. You are the ideal candidate if you possess broad expertise and unique knowledge of Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) Modernization Process and the operations of SIIMO.
**What you'll do:**
+ Assist the Program Manager with planning and management of SWFTS installation projects.
+ Assist the Program Manager with the project's financial and budget activities to maximize earnings and increase efficiency.
+ Monitor projects to manage scope and deliverables.
+ May act as a point of contact for the client.
+ Effectively manage resources.
+ Identify and manage project risks.
+ Drive continuous improvement through communication and training on quality standards, requirements, and best practices.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ **Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.**
+ 12+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 8+ years relevant experience with Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Broad expertise and unique knowledge of Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) Modernization Process and the operations of SWFTS Integrated Installation Management Organization (SIIMO).Prior operational experience with the SWFTS Installation process.
+ Experience working under the Federal acquisition Regulations (FAR).
+ Experience with the integration of authorized work for shipyard, ship force and other maintenance providers and projects teams.
+ Experience ensuring execution and adherence to contracting requirements and oversight to include but not limited to SWFTS equipment and software installations.
