- Gives entertaining and informative demonstrations of craft, while working in appropriate period settings, using customs and crafts associated with folk life depicted in the Silver Dollar City setting.
- Acquires information about time period and lifestyle depicted and craft techniques associated with the time and area to devise plans for authentic presentation of craft.
- Explains techniques of craft and points out the relationship of craft to lifestyle depicted to assist guests in comprehending traditional techniques of work and play related to the time and area.
- Effectively interacts with guests and fellow employees without distracting them while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Uses skills to build and strengthen production and retail shop personnel into a cohesive team.
- Proves to be self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Has approved heirloom products.
- Ensures that established production goals are met or exceeded at a quality level of at least 95%.
- Keeps work area clean and well stocked and maintains organization and inventory of raw materials.
- Ensures compliance with all authorized operator requirements and safety procedures specific to the job location.
- Follows any other job-related duties requested by leadership.
- Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.

Required Experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
