About The Role We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a salary of $55,000-$65,000 plus $2,500 quarterly bonus! The hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. The Site Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supporting site staff, and handling administrative duties. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and well-coordinated work environment on-site. Please note this role may require being on call on evenings or weekends. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to sire managers and project teams, including document control, purchase orders, and data entry.
  • Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, waste management, and contractor access.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with on-site inductions, ensuring all workers and contractors adhere to sire rules and safety protocols.
  • Manage site communication, including daily briefings and updates to project teams.
  • Support project management with progress tracking and reporting.
About You What You Will Bring To The Team:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or facilities management.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices & software, along with confidence in Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of construction site operations and health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and contractors.
