Successful candidates will live and work from the state-of-the-art service vessel offshore with a schedule of 2 weeks on-shift and 2 weeks off. The successful candidate will be responsible for short-term, long-term and strategic operational planning across CVOW.* As a Service & Stores Coordinator you will coordinate and support field personnel in conducting the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment, in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts and consumables.* We are looking for an enthusiastic Stores Supervisor to join our site in Norfolk, VA.* Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.Responsibilities* Raising, scheduling and allocation of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with Siemens Gamesa field staff and customer personnel via Enterprise-Resource-Planning System; create daily/weekly work plans for site teams as required.* Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities; create daily weekly plans for site teams as required in conjunction with Senior Technician. Report service schedule progress to Site Manager and Customer.* Monitor weather and co-ordination transport. Planning for workload including port operation and control of documentation relevant to planning.* Check on progress with field personal daily, get status about work scope to plan for next day.* Coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.* Check accurate reporting into and utilization of MORS and QSYS database and other electronic workflow status spreadsheets. Provision of data in support of the monthly reporting process in conjunction with the Site Manager.* Maintain service and minor retrofits schedule tracking for management information.* Basic financial administration, raising of purchase requisitions, request setting up of new vendors.* If needed prepare manning plan and coordinate technicians for work and cover the work of the Senior Technician.Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills* This role requires experience within operational delivery at a site level, ideally in an offshore environment.* A person that has a completed high school diploma* Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience* Travel may required up to 20%* Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
