This role ensures quality, safety, and schedule adherence while managing subcontractors, vendors, and onsite operations. The manager serves as the primary onsite representative, coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, while mentoring EPC project team members.Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Quality: Enforce safety culture and quality standards across all site activities.
- Construction Oversight: Manage field construction planning, scheduling, and execution. Address roadblocks to ensure progress aligns with timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for contractors, equipment suppliers, and stakeholders, including landowners and local communities.
- Project Coordination: Oversee communication between contractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Roncelli's contract obligations.
- Reporting & Records: Maintain detailed records and issue reports to the Senior Project Manager on safety, quality, costs, and schedules.
- Compliance & Support: Audit quality control procedures and coordinate local utility interconnections to meet project timelines.
QualificationsSkills & Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Suite; Procore experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, technical drawings, and budgets.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with high ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in leadership roles within the power industry, with a focus on solar, energy storage, transmission, or high-voltage projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred or 10+ years of relevant field experience.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects safely, on time, and within budget.
