Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive management reports to site leadership, regional and global operations teams, and corporate finance.
- Establish and calculate detailed and reliable standard costs in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies, guidelines, and procedures, advising site teams on adherence.
- Provide valuable financial insights to assist leadership in making well-informed business decisions.
- Drive cost optimization through continuous analysis and by promoting efficiency initiatives, improving financial processes.
- Lead and foster a high-performance finance team, demonstrating leadership principles and organizational values.
- Actively contribute to site leadership, influencing strategic decisions, and supporting cross-functional teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- At least five years of experience in progressive finance or accounting roles.
- Experience working at a manufacturing site is required; industries such as pharmaceutical, food, or consumer health (regulated environments) are preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience as part of a site leadership team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and costing methodologies.
- Expertise in financial planning and control, especially in areas like operations, supply chain, procurement, quality, and/or commercial operations.
- Advanced analytical, financial, and modeling skills, including ROI evaluations.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product quality, and compliance.
- Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) methodologies.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, local regulations), and the ability to learn and apply company-specific financial policies.
Salary Range: $140k - $160k
