SummaryThe duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. The work requires specialized technical problem solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality and caution. New ideas and concepts are also important but will be carefully analyzed before communication and adoption. It is expected that coaching and training support for achieving effective delegation will be required. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency and assures consistent achievement of quality standards. The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.Hours are Estimated to be 8 hours a day for 5 Days a week.Job CharacteristicsSteady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work. Communication based on job knowledge and expertise.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesVisit Job Sites Dailey (Majority of the time will be a different job site everyday)Get to know the Superintendent for each project.Assess the status of each job site and how it compares to the schedule or much it has progressed since your last visit.Review Site Logistics with the Super. And report back to PM.Take any Field Dimensions needed.Make any Templates that have been requested or that he feels like is needed.Recognize any issues that might cause R & C not to be able to do the job needed at the time requested.Taking notes, Dimensions and photos, applying them to shop drawings, or uploading them into folders for other Teams members to read and understand.Good communication is requiredForesight is requiredAttention to detail is requiredExperience2 or more years' experience within the woodworking, manufacturing, or construction industry is preferredPrior experience in and strong business knowledge of the construction and/or woodworking industry preferred.QualificationsEducation: High School diploma, GED, or higher is required.Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately.Strong ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; mentally, hand-and-paper, and calculator.Proficient computer skills, including laser templating and saving files for access by other Team membersStrong verbal and written communication skillsRemote Work CapabilitiesFully RemoteHybrid RemoteOccasionally RemoteNo RemoteX
